NURSERY POLICIES

We have strongly imbedded policies and procedures that ensure your child's safety and well-being is of the highest importance. We want every child to have the best possible start in life.

PARENT PARTNERSHIP

Your involvement is of great importance to our success. Our policy leaves you immeasurable room for involvement. This includes volunteering in our skill sharing programme, participating in special events, and joining us for Parent's evening. You’re an integral part of your child’s success.

HIGHEST STANDARDS

We take health very seriously. This includes everything from the quality of food that we serve to the health of every child. Our staff have emergency training skills, first aid qualifications and our facility is maintained to the highest standards.

We are so pleased we made the decision to move our daughter to Willow when they opened at Oatlands. The small, friendly and nurturing setting is really suited to her temperament and the staff really care so much for each child. Willow have been invaluable help with additional needs and concerns we have about our daughter, always ready and willing to have a meeting, a chat or answer any queries or worries. We cannot thank them enough for their support and guidance. The suggestions they have made and things they have put in place have helped so much to make our daughters life at nursery easier and more manageable for her. 



It is so reassuring knowing she is so well cared for whilst we are working and the daily updates via the app are great, along with weekly updates and photos on Facebook. It’s lovely to know what our daughter is doing each day and how much fun she is having. We have also noticed how much she learns at nursery. The staff really are brilliant and so knowledgeable.
